Financial Services Network Ltd (FSN) is a regulated company that provides a Network that offers Investment Portfolio Advice and Insurance Broking to clients, introduced by Independent Financial Advisers (IFA’s) who are members of that Network.

FSN refers to these IFA’s as Business Partners and they are neither employees nor agents of FSN. Each member acts independently as a self-employed Business Partner, running their own IFA practice underneath the regulatory and compliance oversight of FSN.

Financial Services Network (FSN) is not tied or restricted to any one product provider and is able to offer independent advice with the objective of sourcing the best possible products available within the global marketplace.

Financial Services Network Ltd (FSN) holds a Global Business license (Category One) and has been granted an Investment Adviser (Unrestricted) licence, and an Insurance Broking licence by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (licence number C116016070).

FSN provides a Network that offers Investment Portfolio Advice and Insurance Broking services to clients, introduced by Independent Financial Advisers (IFA’s) who are members of the Network; however, it does not have a physical presence in jurisdictions where having a presence would require it to be regulated locally.

You will be investing directly with the product provider you have selected, who will receive and hold your client funds. FSN is therefore acting as an intermediary between yourself and your chosen product provider and does not handle client funds.

Your FSN Business Partner will receive fees & commissions for arranging and maintaining your investments. Unless otherwise stated in advance, these fees will not be paid by the client but will be paid on an initial & annual basis (if appropriate) by the product provider you have selected, to FSN, who in turn will pay your FSN Business Partner.

FSN does not manage your money but has relationships with many of the leading fund management groups where FSN has identified some of the most experienced investment managers who can provide you with either risk graded Discretionary Fund Management (DFM) or a Managed Portfolio Service (MPS), if you prefer not to manage your own investments.

With rates of interest remaining at historic lows, the purchasing power of your funds on deposit with a bank will be steadily eroded by inflation. It is recommended that you should seek financial advice and invest at least part of your assets in a portfolio of inflation beating investments that will provide real returns over the longer term.
